Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. Only item(s) that were damaged or defective can be returned. Damaged or defective item(s) can be exchanged for the same product or different product.

Items that do not fit are not returnable. Please refer to the Size Charts for assistance before ordering.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Romantic Secrets will incur the additional shipping & handling charges for the exchanged item.

Terms and Conditions

14 DAYS: Damaged or defective item(s) must be reported to us immediately following the delivery of your order with detailed information regarding the damage. All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after the order is placed.

DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Romantic Secrets to process your exchange.

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for an exchange.

AUTHENTIC STEEL BOUND CORSETS: A down deposit is required prior to ordering. For whatever reasons you are not satisfied with the order, we will offer you an exchange for another corse. The deposit is non-refundable.

How to Return a Purchase

You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:

Returns by mail:
Please complete and mail to us the Return Form (provided following initial contact regarding return) and your original invoice with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive an exchange for the same product (in the same color and size) or a different product. be sure to indicate the product no. if you are exchanging the damaged or defective item(s) for a different product.

For security reasons, please send all returned item(s) in the original parcel/shipping box. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Returns in-store:
Please make sure to have the original invoice and item(s) you wish to return on hand to facilitate your transaction.

Returning Items You Didn't Order

Please send us an e-mail if you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you that you didn't order with the following information:

  • Your name;
  • Your mailing address;
  • The item(s) you incorrectly received; and
  • The order number.
